NSV had an extremely bad carb craving after work today. you know one of those f!## my diet I'm eating what I want? went downstairs and thankfully theres no junk food in the house. had slightly salty popcorn 45C for a whole bowel! tea with half a tbsp of sugar and water with Crystal light. you can't eat bad if its not in your house !
