How many calories or carbs do you guys do to maintain weight loss? I was thinking 1500,but I don't know if that is a good number? Any ideas would really help

1500 would probably actually continue weight loss on a slower trajectory. You can determine your maintenance calorie intake by multiplying the weight you want to maintain by 12. So, if I want to be 135, I need to stay below 1620. This is not the only method but it's easy and relatively accurate.

Has this site given you a suggested RDI? It told me 1600, which I rarely exceed, so I could probably target lower. I love having the structure of the RDI.

If you're breastfeeding, you might have to go for a higher calorie count. Talk to your doctor.
