Ugh...

One of the things I find most difficult is finding a happy medium between "on" and "off." I realize I should have absolutely zero off days, but I got tripped up this weekend. One little thing happens, like my girlfriend coming in or I miss going to the gym, and suddenly next I'm eating a bowl of cereal for breakfast (fiber one, not lucky charms, but still a lot of carbs) and by the end of the day I'm eating pizza and chocolate. It seems like once I trip up I just go out of control.

Oh well, this is something I'm really going to work on

Man....I so know exactly what you mean! It is very frustrating! Hang in there, you are doing so great! Keep your chin up!

hey... I know how u feel I ended up eating pizza and ice cream last night too... worst part it was ice cream cake... so vanilla chocolate and oreo so i know what u mean... but im sure you can pull through... and just find other ways to excerise while ur with ur girlfriend ie. go for a nice long walk... if u go on slim fast site and go under calorie counter it shows like how long u have to walk approx to burn so many calories...
