Finally a breakthrough and the scale is now moving in the right direction. Still have a long way to go but at last some progress. At last my mind can finally be at ease as the gaining etc put me in a bad mental state.... Glad I stuck it through and continued on the journey. Guess I needed to prove to myself that I can do this and stick it through and not give up on the process. #proudofmyselffornotgivingup
