144/88w/53 and BG 119 ate pb & SF j last night! Didn't have my smoothie and hardly any veggies! I have seen that diet makes a big difference in my health and the scale! I am going to add the Konjac noodles to my diet for a while though ( they have only fiber and no other nutrients),. They will work for low carb and low calorie! I have problems with overeating and they will bulk up food and hardly any calories or carbs and adding your nutrients should also maintain or achieve health!

as you know veggies are an important item to help bulk up on fiber to help fill you. adding oat fiber (not oat bran) may also help as it is no carb no calories but will add fiber to your diet plan. Not that oat bran is not a good item too, but looking for low carb and no calories, I use the oat fiber.

Thanks Baskington will have to check it out! I really usually eat lower carbs because of being a diabetic, but started trying to be on more nutritarian type diet 5 months ago! Fiber is good for any diet!
