So the daughter talked me into froZen yogurt tonight....yea was all good till the walnuts and mini choc chips lol. I did stop at half the cup so there’s the treat for the week. Kayaking tomorrow and 2.5 day work week next week with a train trip and vaca in the mountains. Need the super duper willpower when eating out but there’s gonna be lots to do to stay busy and not eat. Boredom and desk work are when I start to look for munchies :) y’all have a great weekend!!
