An ounce? I lost an OUNCE? It's better than going up, but geeeeeez!

I started my exercise program this week and did the full program last night. I'm a little sore this morning, but it's a good feeling; it means things are working and my body is responding.

I did the leg exercises but did not use any ankle weights. I don't have any, but I'm also not quite ready for the weight in some of the exercises. I'm using the "Strong Women Stay Young" book + my stationary bike and it's all very do-able.

Yesterday I had a doctor's visit and she's delighted with me ;) That was a good feeling.

Great job! My weight doesn’t drop much the day after I exercise but it will catch up!

Believe in and stick to the right methods of weight loss and it will happen. Falter and so will your weight loss.

Thanks, all! Today is another day. I made good food choices this whole week and stayed within my RDI every day and I'm proud of that. I may be taking my dad to the county fair tomorrow, so the calories may be out the window, but at least we'll be walking. They do have really good fish, but it's deep fried, and zucchini, but also breaded and deep-fried. Corn on the cob? I'm sure we'll find something that's yummy to eat that won't kill off all the hard work.

Way to go. Love to make the doctors go crazy....Throw some almonds in your purse. Good luck at the fair.
