Hi Timi, I am following the 28 Day meal plan South Africa. Very strictly. And I make sure I drink a lot of water. Today was my first day back at the gym. I first wanted to see how my body coped with the low calorie intake before hitting the gym. I can add the meal plan tomorrow on as my breakfast and then you can save it. I don’t really recommend it. But you can give it a try and see how it works for you. It does work. I will also slowly reintroduce normal eating habits as the 28 days are over to not gain the weight back 🌸🌺
