I cut out a lot of fat today. It wasn't intentional; I just chose different foods to eat that ended up being lower fat. I started getting hungry at 3:30 and now my stomach is growling like I haven't eaten in days. I guess fat is satiating; I hadn't really noticed or thought about it before. I've got almost 1000 calories left today, so I believe I'll be picking up a Famous Dave's single (apples on the side) before heading out to my next event.
