This is a question to those who are on IF, how do you manage to stay off food until 11 an after a weight day at the gym?
Like I did upper body yesterday, had me supper at 8 and I woke up so hungry.

My trick is water. Drinking a whole lot of water especially the morning after gym session. I also distract myself by either working or even reading if the water trick is not working

For me, I just had to realise that eating was just a habit - my body had become so used to it that it just "craved" food all the time like an addict. I'm currently doing 18 and 20 hour fasts without any issues... Just gotta get over the "mind hunger". Good luck!

Lots and lots of fluids. But, don't just drink water as that can get bleh! Sip on herbal teas as well, obviously with no milk or sugar. If you can, make sure that whatever you drink does not contain calories, as this can break your fast.

black coffee with no sugar does not break the fast. i have one when i wake up. go to gym. lots of water in between and another coffee about 9. keeps me going till i have breakfast at 9
