I have decided to shed the kilos and i am going to take it seriously this time. I have gained about 14 kilos over the past two years i think i have become incredibly lazy. My diet plans are to run 4kg at the beach a day and go to the gym and do a program afterwards. im planning on eating only raw foods and only drinking water, coffee, and tea. I am so determined to have the ultimate beach body this summer. ( I say that every year) but i think i might start getting ready for summer now even though its not even winter yet, but this way i can get a leg up on the competition!
