WOW I just measured myself and although I haven't lost weight I am losing inches! I have lost a full inch off my waist!

Alright, Myree. Wow, an inch, that is so awesome!! Good for you!! It is such an exciting thing, isn't it?!?!? It is time for me to measure again also. Although the weight loss is slow but steady, I have been losing inches. Am kind of eager to see what I have lost.
