I made a lowfat version of lemon cheesecake today. It is really good and only 177 calories per slice. I am on EFS so I can have this kind of snack. It is more than 100 calories but I just do a little more exercise on the days I want a piece. Today's food:
oatmeal w/half banana celery sticks w/ 2 tablespoons hummus protein smoothie 1/2 half organic cliff bar one cup rice homemade beef and broccoli one piece low fat lemon cheesecake Calories: 1350 Exercise: 30 min kickboxing- 40 min walkfit- 60 min bike Calories burned: 950 Hope everyone had a productive day!
