Only 20 lbs left to go and I'm not really sure of that number. Alcohol is terrible for me and I think that it drops my blood sugar so that I binge or it just lowers my inhibitions. At any rate, the less alcohol the better the chance of me staying on plan. Fasting has been tremendously helpful both in weight loss and to recover from over eating.
My body in clothes now resembles a normal person, I still have quite a bit of fat when I'm naked that I'd rather not take with me on my bicycle. I now feel confident that once I'm at my goal weight that I will have the tools to stay there.
I'm looking forward to getting some new clothes as mine are positively hanging off of me. Value Village here I come.
