It's the start of week 17 and I am down 28.6 lbs. I cannot believe I am 1.4 lbs away from being 30 lbs down. This is getting so much easier as the weeks go on. I have been exercising tonnes. I do my treadmill/bike/stepper on Mondays. Tuesdays were Dancing Divas class, but it's over now so I think I am going to start a spin class. Wednesdays I do aqua fit and yoga. Thursdays I take a pole dancing class. Fridays I do spin and yoga. Saturdays and Sundays I do nothing or just in moderation. Through out the week when I only have an hour class in the evening I usually an hour at home on the bike/stepper/treadmill. This is the most successful I have been on weight watchers. I got my 10% once before, but that was it. This time I have got my 10%, I got my 25 lbs lost medallion and I got the 16 weeks charm for attending 16 weeks. I feel so good and I cannot believe how it is getting easier. I am hoping for a good week this week so I can get that 1.4 off and be down 30 lbs!!
