Today sucked. Emotions are wild, energy is medium-but tired easily. Just finished a light dinner and already feeling 100% better after complex carbs (Quinoa)
Big adjustment cutting out processed sugar and running the deficit, but I’m staying strong.

Totally a sugar withdrawal after giving up refined flour products etc. You start to feel amazing though after.
