lost another 1.2 pounds this week. thought if lose more but progress is progress. I ate out twice yesterday and still came in under calorie goal (w exercise adjustments). feeling terrible because I have a headache though I think there waa too much salt in the food. wore a pair of pants that was too small. for me in the past yesterday and caught myself enjoying my mirror silhouette. that is definitely a first. little things motivate me everyday. trying to hit 213 this week which is the lowest ive ever been and another milestone. the 4th of July will not hinder me!
