So I listened, as I always am, to a Dr. and to Barbara O'Neill's webinar and I'm sure they are both right for someone, since we're all different. Dr. said do your exercise the minute you put down your fork and Barbara said exercise on an empty stomach. I've been walking in the morning before I eat and doing pretty good. Today I walked after I ate breakfast and I wasn't able to walk very much until I came in and rested and went back out, but then I wanted breakfast! I'm sure that was just having and not hunger. Anyone else know which is better for them?
