The past 48 hours are a complete blur and almost surreal but now here I am in Tunisia and after a very good night's sleep I'm going to start enjoying this holiday :) It's hot, even hotter than Istanbul, but the sea is a stone's throw away - the Med is the view from the window. I've had a long-drawn-out lazy breakfast and lots of chat with my friends and we're trying to get ourselves organized for the day, even though it's nearly 11 am! Hopefully today I'll get my bearings, have a swim and maybe a walk and just laze and read and snooze.
No cats, no kids, no cooking, no cleaning - I can stand that for a week and make the most of it :)
