I’ve been on the Keto diet for about seven weeks now. Started the FatSecret app on 6/2 and I had already lost 9 lbs. I’ve been dieting all my life it seems, up and down with my weight these last few years. I have to say I’ve tried almost every diet out there including weight watchers, and Keto has been the ticket for me. So easy, especially with this app to keep tract of my carb/protein/fat intake. Like to be at a decent weight by my birthday this year....I’m on a mission! LOL
