Working night shift is hard.. I am getting better about the snacking at night.. and when I do snack making more healthy choices! But the hardest part is getting off work and getting home... I need to make it to the gym.. but have to get the kids ready for school first and foremost... But by the time I get home and fuss with them... I am so drained for work and being up makes me so tired and I want to fall asleep... heart of a trainer or not... Im just plain tired all the time!!!

Have you been to a doctor? The tiredness could be from a underlying medical condition. I was reading your profile and your comment about not being able to get back to your before kids weight. I don't see why that could not be a goal. I mean if you really want to get to that weight set little goals at a time to get there. I know it is hard but everyone on here is pretty good at giving encouragement and advise

I also work night shift. I have learned that if I don't bring my lunch I am stuck with the vending machine and stuck eating the crap in them. I just read an article about Shift Work Fatigue Syndrome. I am going to talk to my doctor about this as I also feel so tired when I get home that all I want to do is go right to bed. Let's support each other in this journey!!!
