was hubbys birthday today.suprise party for 2. cant bake him a cake and not eat it. had 3 slices ( i know)n had a bottle of sparkling white wine too ALONE,sweet corn, zucchini, pork chops and melted cheese!!! oh well,tomorrow is another day! 24h fast

Thanks guys, yes I did. With help from recepies on Google if course, I literally ate half the cake😂😂. It's ok, I'm back on track. Aint nothing wrong wirh indulging once in a while. I still went to roco mamas and had a double smash burger.. It's been a week and I'm 1.5kgs down already. So all good. 😄🤗🤗
