This is the first day that I've felt positively grouchy and set the blame on the diet. I spent some time staring at an open refrigerator and longing for a bowl of fresh peach slices that my children were absolutely ignoring! (Since I cheated last week, I'm sticking to Phase I this week.) Perhaps it was good and bad that supplies were low in the fridge. On the one hand, it meant that there wasn't anything off-limits really tempting me to cheat. On the other hand, there wasn't a lot of variety to stave off my cravings. Finally scarfed down some smoked salmon (sans bagel, sigh). Eggs for breakfast...again...yippee.

I'm totally with ya on the peach thing... but I did give in this past weekend and the last 3 days! And now I'm feeling the full affects of it! Don't give in! stay strong! Think how you are feeling right now...thinner, not bloated. AFter a few days of eating too much of whatever I wanted, I think I gained about 3 inches on my waist and I refuse to weigh myself until I get back on track. You are doing so well! By loosing that extra weight your gaining energy and being more healthy for your kids. Take it from me... these past few days I don't feel like doing anything... no energy. Those carbs are bad! bad! bad! I can't wait to start eating my eggs and string cheese again! lol. Keep it going cricket!
