today I learned I only dropped 1 pound this week, which is a bummer. I think its quite too early (and my regimen not strict enough) for me to be gaining muscle weight substantially. so i think it was just my bad habits. i ate bad twice this week and tried to compensate with exercise but I guess it wasnt good enough. i have been doing SO good. it sucks that a couple days cam throw off a weeks worth of hard work. on the bright side, I have taken off 2 inches off my weight in the last 2 weeks and I feel the difference in my clothes. also, I took a work call outside today and felt a sense of joy just sitting in the spring weather. i dont think I have ever felt that. only felt a sense of wanting to be in the house alone in the dark. I wonder if that is a part of my journey.
