Well I'm proud to say that even with a splurge of eating days on Saturday and Sunday, was still able to lose one pound while adding a 1/2 pound of muscle to my body. My motto for this week, reward yourself for keeping focused and staying the course, and remember if you are eating more calories than you are exercising, you will gain weight.
