Hey Everyone,
Today has been a great day full of workouts and good eating. Today I ran 4.2 miles, played basketball for about 20 minutes, then jumped rope, and lifted weights. Surprising how easy you can burn over 1800 calories. For lunch I ate a salad (no dressing) pineapples, and for protein I had a snickers peanut butter bar, I gave half to my wife. For dinner I had shrimp, grilled chicken, and then spinach with pasta and risotto. I will weigh in next week, but I already feel more pep in my step. I'm loving it.
