I used to always have toast with my breakfast but since switching to fruit i feel amazing and full and best of all, it provides me with a heavy dose of fibre! loving my 3 egg and pear breakfast perfect start to the day

I stopped eating toast with my eggs 6 months ago and I substituted tomatoes to fill me up.I was eliminating bread products anyway but I don't miss it at all and I'm 35 pounds lighter lol

Nice! I’ve been cutting back on carbs but this week I decided to eliminate like, 95% of them. I also substituted veggies for toast with my eggs and feel better:)
