Okay...tomorrow is the weigh in and I'm feeling a little moody about it. I haven't worked off the points I went over by yet and have just discovered I seem to be getting a quazi period or something! WTF!

I mean I just had one of those two weeks ago! My diet and exercise must be throwing my cycle into a real tizzy and I would not so much care except this week i REALLY REALLY want to loose 3 pounds.

If I loose those three pounds I'll be at ten percent and get my keychain! (I think if I loose 2- I'll get another 5 pound star).

I'm getting a sinking feeling that I haven't made the 3 pound goal...I guess I can just try my best and hope for an unexpected surprise or just try to redouble my efforts next week.

Its not too late. Get on the treadmill or bike or go for a walk. take some music with you so you enjoy it more or just talk on the phone.
