The scale said 131.6 this morning!I'm VERY happy with this rate of weight loss. I have been eating plenty, and not been hungry at all! I have found that I really like to eat smaller meals and more frequent snacks. I can't beleive I am losing weight this fast when I am eating things like candy and ice cream every day! I guess it really is all about portions.I have been buying the little minature candy bars and individual ice cream cups. Yesterday I had two ice cream cups, with two tbs of my lowfat peanut butter mixture and 2 tbs of fat free whipped topping! It was the perfect end to the day and very satisfying, for 250 calories, 10 grams of fat. That is a little high in fat but I had room left in my budget for the day, so I had 2 cups instead of just 1 as I usually do. I used to try to stay away from ice cream altogether, but I would eventually crack and have huge amounts of it. I don't feel like going nuts on those items anymore because I know I am allowed to have them, and I usually try to have my sweet fix in the evening, that is when I want it the most. I can't wait to get back into the 120's, I'm so close now!
I slept a little too long today, I really need to get on my exercise. Hope everybody is having a good day!

i took your advice on the go ahead and eat a little now, if not you will crack and eat too much when it comes around. last night i had pasta from olive garden (hey it was a holiday) and it was pleasing to only have 1/2! i would have never known how to stop weeks ago! thnaks and congrats... aaaahhhh the 120s!!!! keep it up!

Good job on the self control! The potions of pasta are so out of control at restaurants, it's a good policy to only eat half!
