Day 187- Not sure what is going on, but I recorded another loss today, I have dropped 3 lbs this week flushing out my system and getting back on my workout/running routine. Yes, I checked the scale a few times.

Last night I was just about to go out for my run when it started to rain, so I ran on my home treadmill. I could not believe how much that home treadmill tore me up. After doing my run, I was sore and a few hot spots on my feet. It has been about a month sense I have run on that treadmill. Not sure what the difference is, except it is not one of those huge ones you see in the gyms. I hope I recover before my 5K tomorrow, or I may just have to take it easy. I also learned there are a few hills on the trail run 5K, so I told myself it is OK to walk up the hill but, I have to run the rest of the time. We shall see how it goes.
