So tonight I thought, we always seem to find ourselves wanting so much more out of our weight loss, but then I see everyone's struggles, we aren't all perfect and perfection doesn't happen overnight but it sure as hell does happen at some point. All of you posting your pictures have made me so much more amped to take tbis journey on again for like the millionth time. But I can do this eventually and I'll also be able to post a before and after picture and hopefully also inspire somebody else like you all have done. This app does so much more than just count your calories it motivates and inspires you when having so many people going through the same journey.

Your message is so true. I battle because I start and turn 3 days later back to old habits and donr it do many times. I have decided on Monday that I am going to start and complete this even if it means I have a bad meal not to continue destroying it with a bad day. All the best and we will do this together. My before and after pic will also be posted.
