I lost some weight last couple of days, I did more workout than usual this afternoon, but today’s diet was nothing but a mess. Full of unhealthy carbs, sodium and sugars. If it was a planned cheat day it wouldn’t hurt me so much, but actually it was super spontaneous, which makes me hate myself so badly :( Not enough calories for a cheat day, too much for a usual day.
I promise to make tomorrow a healthy day.
