We are on vacation oh man drank too much wine yesterday, being a reformed wino is crazy how little it takes to make me feel like crap. Today we are chillin on the deck in the sun, probably drive out to Bodega Bay and have a late lunch.

I need to eat more during the day, we are going to the store today and pick up fruits and veggies. Last night I was starved and ate all of my applebees steak dinner in a hurry too late at night.

Am being much better today. Staying away from wine today unless I find something great at lunch, maybe dinner. Oh well at least I intend to stay MOSTLY away from wine.

Bought a gorgeous print yesterday instead of wine!

if you are drinking on vacation, make sure you drink water between each drink. And make sure you eat so you don't get sick. This will keep the alcohol from doing too much damage to you!
