Day 184- I did it, I signed up for my first 5K this weekend. I told my son about a month ago we should enter a local 'Life is Good' 5K and he thought I had signed us up when I was talking to him this morning and was mad that I had not done it. So, I signed us both up this morning. It is a trail run, I hope the hills don't kill me.
I got out for my first road run today in over 2 weeks and my first run in over a week. It felt good, I was well rested and no sore muscles beforehand, if anything I need to cut my toenails, LOL
Lost that 1/2 lb in a day that I said I would, and I bet more is coming off as I clean out my system from the past 2 weeks.
