The vibe on here today is so great! You guys rock with the way you encourage people who need support. I am very proud to be a part of this group. I had my first butter in my coffee yesterday. I was on the fence about it as I could not imagine I could get it down, but it was not bad at all. I am in full ketosis and I am not sure that did it but I did have the energy they say you will get from it. I am going to the gym today and think I will try another.
