Started back on the diet today after a week of off-and-on dieting (had family members visiting from out of town). I gained back a little of the weight lost in the first two weeks, but I'm still below where I started. I did get a chance to get on my bike today and ride 15 miles, and that felt great. I'm returning to my goal of trying to ride twice a week. I'd love to fit in weight training twice a week, but it's so hard to find the time.
