Hit a bit of a plateau...I'm trying not to get discouraged. Typically when I'm stressed and upset; I drink. It's always been my coping mechanism. I'm trying to unlearn bad behaviors that have cause me to become this negative and unhealthy person. It's been good for a month but now I'm feeling all this stress from work and my life. I'm trying to rise above and not let this unnecessary bs ruin my goals !
