Last I weighed it was really good. I had dropped down to 174 but then went back up to 175. I think right now I'm 175 which is still good. As long as I'm dropping weight that's all that matters. I'll be going to the gym tonight to workout and get an accurate reading.

As far as food goes, I haven't been recording my daily eating because I can pretty much calulate on my own what it is that I'm eating. I'm not so much worried about what I'm eating anymore because my diet hasn't really changed much.

I've only decided to cut out the red meats and eat more salads. Having a hard time cutting out the chocolate cake frm PF Chang's but that's not an every day thing nor is it a weekly thing. I'm eating better to get my cholesterol down.
