Getting geared up for my workout tonight 100 push ups, 100 squats, and 10 terraces (up and down a MONSTER terraced hill at a park here in town)!!!! My legs have finally stopped cramping and are only a little sore from workouts earlier this week. I have pushed through the pain and come out on the other side ready to face whatever challenges await. I am ready to hit BEAST mode!!!
