I feel as though "MY OWN DIET" isn't working for me, so I'm trying something else. Some family members are on the HCG diet and are doing great! So, for the past 2 days I "loaded" up on calories and gained 3 lbs, which is what you are suppose to do before you begin the 500 cal. per day on the HCG diet. I'm doing the drops, not the injections and they are tolerable. My brother, who is a man with a large frame - 6'3" has lost a lot of weight and is maintaining it well. He has had no side effects or issues since starting this diet. Wish me luck!
