I'm a little nervous about tomorrows weigh in...I can't exercise until Monday (Dr's Orders), and I hope I don't gain! At least my joints feel better today, and they aren't nearly as swollen. It's been a few months since I've had an episode, so hopefully it will be a while before I have another one. I went home yesterday and took a hot bath. I was craving a burger and fries, so I made a turkey burger and baked some potatoes. It was sooo good, and way better for me than fast food!

As long as you are eating healthy, you should be fine! :) Hope you are feeling better and up and at 'em soon! Drink plenty of water before tomorrow and see if you can flush some of it all out! :)

Good idea, I will increase my water intake, I think that would help the swelling too.

Ooooohhhh, you've got me craving oven fries now! Maybe I will make some for supper! Don't fret about your weigh in. I am sure you will do fine. My daughter is following WW, too and she only has about 10 lbs left to lose. She has been so busy with school, etc. for the past couple of weeks that she just hasn't made the time to exercise.... at all. And she is amazed that she is still losing weight! So even though the exercise does burn extra calories and keep our metabolisms revving, if you eat sensibly you will still lose weight. Soaking in the tub with some epsom salts is supposed to be really good for aches and pains (and epsom salts are cheap!). Have a great day and good luck on your weigh in!

Hey.. I havent been on in a while.. I definately feel you on the ankle pain!!!! I sprained mine last week and I havent been to the gym... its made me feel like crap! Im gonna go tomorrow tho.. i think the ankles a bit sore... but I think its ready for at least a little walking!
