Well, I am very pleased with myself. I have lost so far 16 lbs!! I am so proud of myself. I stopped going to weight watchers as I was really only going in to get weighed. So I stopped going, but still follow the diet and the point program. I am also going to the gym at least 2x/week. I definitly think that I am going somewhere with my weight loss. Only 22lbs left to go. Wish me luck!
