I've been doing so well! Except for this bloating. Yesterday I had a lunch meeting with my assistant and we went to Thai. It was easy to pick keto friendly items but I don't think I'm getting enough fat. I'm worried today because I have another function and alcohol is available. I haven't had a drink for over two weeks. I love beer and drinking has long been a hobby of mine. I am scared that I'm going to get back into old habits.
