I'm really battling with pre-exam nerves and comfort eating. does anyone have any tips on how to deal with this and overcome it?

Keep some ready to eat veggie nibbles on standby. Also make some low calorie veggie soup, keep in the fridge to heat up a cup any time. Sometimes it helps just to have something hot to drink like even tea/coffee, it makes your tummy feel satisfied. For a energy boost have provita with bovril or marmite, crammed with B vitamins for the brain. Depending on your diet, also keep boiled egg and a few nuts on hand, excellent brain food. Studied for years myself! All the best, hang in there you will get through it!

I havent taken sugar in my tea or coffee for nearly 20 years now :-) i am definitely going to try the gum and the veggie snacks. I guess nerves if normal but keeping a straight head is important. nothing wrong with snacking but it keep it healthy ha ha ha

Tea helps calm the nervers and helps with clear thinking and learning. Rooibos is good.
