First weekend on plan and ended where I started. Good to see cause I ate closer to my max RDI. Would expect to slow weight loss. Looking forward to what the week brings.

Staying steady is a win any times. When you first start out it may take a little time for your body to start to react to the changes in intake. Make sure you are getting enough water as I've found that the bod tends to hold on to that hard when it feels its in any kind of deficit. Keep the faith, be patient, stick to your plan and you will see the results you want.
