My nephew and his girlfriend started their journey home today, and my sister-in-law and her husband will be leaving on Sunday, so back to a normal food intake next week with far fewer temptations.

It is great, isn't it? I think it's a combination of needing energy to cope with the heat, extra & regular exercise and the fact that there's constantly something to do with so many people in the house - I don't stop from 8 am to 1 or 2 am the next day! Not my usual modus operandi, for sure :)
