So clearly, I have been yo-yoing on my commitment to Fat Secret in the first few months of 2010. I have a couple of diligent weeks and then life starts happening again and I fall off. Knowing, that I could have another entry like this in a few weeks, I will still say that I am recommitting myself to keeping track of my calories and workouts on here, and completing my challenges and losing a few pounds while getting my fab abs. My main problem with consistency is that since I do not have a lot to lose, it is very easy to lose focus instead of these pesky pounds. I will do it though - back on it as of April 19th. Hopefully I will reach my goal in a few weeks.
