Yes, I've been very quiet because we've had no Internet connection since Sunday morning :(
I also (still) have a houseful of guests - we're having a lot of fun but the late hours, irregular meals and extra alcohol are probably taking their toll. Two days to weigh-in. At least I'm keeping up with the exercise and getting in plenty of walking and swimming. I feel a bit 'heavy' but a couple days under tight control should be enough to see me right. That's how I feel anyway, we'll see what the scales say on Saturday.

Yes, Baxie, that's what it feels like! Although, in fact, we only really eat twice a day and our evening meal is usually barbecued fish or lean meat and lots of salads, so at worst it'll be bad but not disastrous.
