My Gosh, I really appreciate all the support everyone. You are truly wonderful. My owees are feeling so much better. My ankle is better than I deserve and the fact I didn't wrench my back is a miracle. I can walk enough better with the boot on that I have begun putting rooms back together - slowly. Everything is so dusty and the floors are filthy. Our daughter got us totally into our living room before she left. I've got to say, I did a damn fine long with that (58) girl. 😁😁😁

Another great thing is I didn't gain any weight over the weekend. However, I did get reminded why I don't cheat. One Friday someone brought in sandwiches and mine was a very messy turkey/avocado. I ended up eating 1/2 of it with the bread. Saturday I had gotten 1/4 sheet cake of my favorite Chocolate Fudge. I ate a 1/4" piece. It knocked me out of ketosis (pale pink from purple) for 2 days. Definitely not. worth it. Also, I'm noticing this whole experience has made me very self centered. No a good thing for this old girl. 🤣🤣
