91/69 w/81 and 2713 steps 1.2 miles = 153.7 calories in 29 minutes. Just started feeling bad on the last one hundred steps or so. Didn't eat as many carbs yesterday as sometimes and fasting sugar was back up to 140. I took it twice to make sure.
